Each pillar stands on its own and works with the others. A family that arrives for groceries may leave with a housing intake appointment and a mentor for their teenager.

Food & Nutrition Security

We coordinate pantry days, mobile distributions, and nutrition education so neighbors can count on a full plate while they work toward stability.

  • Cooking and nutrition workshops for families

Mental Health & Wellness

Wellness circles, peer support, and warm handoffs to licensed providers help residents care for their mental health without stigma or long waits.

  • Stress, grief, and caregiver support seminars

Pillar 03

Public Health & HIV/AIDS Support

In partnership with local clinics, we host testing and screening events and walk participants to sustained care, prevention resources, and support groups.

  • Prevention education and outreach
  • Linkage to treatment and support groups

Pillar 04

Youth Empowerment & Education

Mentors, tutors, and program staff work alongside students so that school, college, and career goals stay within reach.

What this includes

  • One-to-one mentoring matches
  • After-school tutoring and literacy support
  • Summer leadership and sports programming

Transitional Housing Initiatives

Households moving out of crisis get a safe place to land, a case manager, and practical help with documents, income, and permanent housing searches.

Rehabilitation Services

Recovery coaching, group support, and reentry navigation help adults rebuild routines, relationships, and employment with dignity.
